Dr. Fowler has over 18 years of experience as a practicing Physician. He was born and raised in West Virginia. After serving in the US Navy for 12 years, he and his family relocated to the Central Texas area.

He is Board Certified in Family Practice,and Integrative and Holistic Medicine and completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine.

He is the founder and co-owner of Equilibrium2 Holistic Heath, and the Sole owner of RCF Consulting, providing Medical Expert Witness services.
